The BCA Foundation has grown out of our manufacturing business, Bear Creek Arsenal, LLC and is focused on supporting local community, law enforcement, first responders, and veteran/military organizations. The BCA Foundation donates items manufactured by Bear Creek Arsenal and/or gives financial backing to deserving organizations and individuals. The foundation was implemented by the Moore family, who own Bear Creek Arsenal, with the initiative started by CEO, President, and Navy SeaBee Veteran, Mr. Eugene Moore.
